A Letter from the President October 2026

As we make our way toward fall, I hope this season has been a successful and productive one for you, your employees, and your businesses. After a busy summer, I also hope you have had the opportunity to step away from
work and enjoy some time with family and friends.

It was wonderful to see so many of our members at the NNLA Summer Field Day at Kaspar Tree Farms. The Kaspar team did an outstanding job hosting the event, and I would like to thank everyone who contributed their time and effort to making the day a success. Events like this are an important part of what makes NNLA a strong organization, providing opportunities for members to connect with one another, share ideas, and learn from others
within our industry.

As we look ahead, the NNLA board continues to focus on providing meaningful educational and networking opportunities for our members. Our goal is to support the continued growth of our businesses and our industry,
promote high standards of professionalism, and strengthen the communities in which we live and work.

The board is also busy finalizing plans for our upcoming Winter Conference at Innovation Campus in Lincoln. We are looking forward to another great conference and the opportunity to bring our members together during the
offseason. More information regarding dates, speakers, and programming will be shared as plans are finalized.

Thank you for your continued involvement and support of NNLA. The strength of our association comes from the participation and commitment of its members, and I encourage you to stay involved, attend our events, and
take advantage of the opportunities NNLA provides.

I look forward to seeing you at the Winter Conference.
