This job would consist of general labor including, but not limited to: Digging, planting, weeding, shrub trimming, mulching, installing walls, patios and other hardscape. All job planning, skill training and tools provided. We are a small company where everyone does a little of everything but we do schedule work assignments with consideration of the team members interests and abilities. There is a lot of room for advancement when skills are learned and/or shown.

• Minimum 1 years of professional landscaping, nursery, horticulture experience or education with some plant ID and care knowledge requested, but we’ll train the right person with no experience

• Have or can obtain a Nebraska Commercial Pesticide License (categories 00 & 04)

• Have or can obtain basic First Aid / CPR certification

MANAGERS, FOREMEN & CREW MEMBERS NEEDED

• Assist in the installation of landscape projects including but not limited to: 1. Loading, delivering, planting, and mulching of residential and commercial landscapes. 2. Hand Grading, Machine Grading, and Seeding on large residential and commercial sites.

• Assist in the care of nursery stock

• Safely Operate and Maintain all trucks/trailers, loaders, and machines. QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in Agriculture, Construction, or Landscaping is helpful. We will train for safety and production

• Must submit a resume, with 3 references

• Must have a good driving record and transportation

• Ability to work well with both clients and fellow crew members

• Ability to do heavy labor and operate pickup with trailer

WAGES

Based on an individual’s qualifications and performance $36000.00-$52000.00 per year. Full time with medical insurance, doctor visits, paid vacation, and paid holidays.
