Terri Gouveia Obituary

NNLA is sadden to share the news of Terri Gouveia’s death. Terri was the curator of horticulture at the Henry Doorly Zoo & Aquarium.

Terri and her team welcomed NNLA to the zoo for our 2022 Field Day for an amazing event.

Teresa (Lentz) Gouveia, 63, of Omaha, NE., passed away of cancer on Wednesday, October 4, 2023, at Methodist Hospital.

A Celebration of Life service will be held Saturday, June 8, 2024, at Huron Trinity Catholic Parish. Teresa was the curator of horticulture for the Henry- Doorly Zoo & Aquarium in Omaha, NE for 33 years.
