WHAT FACTORS MOTIVATED YOU TO BECOME CERTIFIED?

It seemed like a goal worth working towards. I want to grow in and have my career in the horticulture world and my boss Joel is always encouraging his employees to further our knowledge and skills.

HOW HAS BECOMING CERTIFIED AFFECTED YOUR POSITION OR COMPANY?

At this time my position hasn’t changed much after becoming certified. I want to keep growing my skills in order to build towards a future of working with plants.

WHAT IS YOUR EDUCATIONAL/WORK BACKGROUND?

I am currently taking classes at Metro Community College in Omaha with my goal being an associate in Horticulture Management. I’ve worked for Well Rooted since the beginning of 2019.
